[sr-dev] Debian problems

In pkg/debian/rules I use

EXTRA_EXCLUDED_MODULES=nat_traversal seas siptrace bdb dbtext oracle pa 
rls iptrtpproxy

to exclude those modules, as these modules do not build at the moment.
