There shouldn't be any problem.

What compiler do you use? Is it a normal gcc?

Yes, I need at least config.mak (if you don't have it run make cfg)
and the make output (make >/tmp/log and then send me /tmp/log).
md5sum atomic/atomic_unknown.h  might also help.
