It's not fully compatible as the current specification of the dialog
flags module is "buggy" (along with the full module due its
limitations).
IMHO it's clear that this is different of a transaction flag
mechanism. The dialog exists after a response > 100 is received so
just when handling such response makes sense to set, reset or inspect
a dflag.
