Details - Hi,

the attached patch integrates functionality (and bugfixes) from opensips for replacing the TO-Header.

Additionally I have added code to store the original values (for restoring in replies) in AVPs. This is especially useful, when msg_apply_changes() is being used and therefore the "really original" request is not available anymore (msg buf updated) to get the orig vals from it.

Updated module doc is included.

Please feel free to to test/review/possibly fix/integrate the patch...
