[sr-dev] App_python in 4.2 - fail

Found the issue.

The app_python.so has a init_modules() function that collides with the core. So suddenly app_python calls the core
init_modules and not it's very own function and things go bad. Something that happened after 3.3.2.

I will commit a patch to master for testing, but we need to integrate this into all 4.x releases.
