If you upgraded from an older version 4.2.x, you don't need any
database structure upgrade. Only if you upgrade from 4.1.x or older.<br>

Also, not that the latest stable release series is 4.3.x.<br>
<br>
This 4.2.6 was released for those running 4.2.x and are not
intending for the moment to upgrade to 4.3.x, which may require
config/db adjustments.<br>
