One other quick thing to check, make sure that the account name that the
phone uses to logon is
entered in the config files exactly as you have it in SER.

The second item is whether the the phone is using a realm/domain name to
register or an IP
address.  If it is using an IP address, your script needs to test for
that to allow the
phone to register.

Try to capture the SIP traffic using ngrep, for example, to see if the
phone sends any messages to the server.
