[Serusers] how do i stop ser

This works only when ser has been started using "serctl start". If ser is
started using "ser" bin, I still see umpteen ser processes hanging there
after doing "serctl stop".

So, is "serctl start" the right way to start ser?

Thanks.

/usr/local/sbin/serctl stop

(make sure to set SIP_DOMAIN variable beforehand)
