[Serusers] how to get call duration in radius accounting stop

The BYE transaction is uncorrelated with the INVITE transaction. As ser
is not call stateful, it does not remembers the INVITE, and thus does
not know the call duration. You have to calculate the call duration
afterwards, by correlating start and stop records.
