[Serusers] Config Errors

There is a particular block of code in the ser.cfg file that is causing 
this error.

if (method == "GET" || method == "POST") {
   create_via();    /* Create a fake Via */
   dispatch_rpc();  /* Process the call and return result*/
   break;
};

The solution was to add the following to the ser.cfg

load("/usr/local/lib/ser/modules/xmlrpc.so")
