[Serusers] mediaproxy/rtpproxy

I am a new player of SER. But I use nathelper + rtpproxy. 
Can you or someone tell me what different between nathelper+rtpproxy
and mediaproxy+rtpproxy? Such as "does the media channel pass thriugh
via SER proxy or not ?".
