[Serusers] why mus use force_rport()??

Hi Sun Zongjun,

If Via has no received or rport parameters, SER will use the IP:port
advertise in Via to send back the reply - which is broken when you deal
with natted requests, since the Via port has the device port, but rport
has the NAT port.
