[Serusers] Ser + Mediaproxy Issues

You will be better off using a public IP for mediaproxy and ser or a fully mapped IP (static IP) instead of port mapping (and then use my --vip patch). Mediaproxy uses a large range of high UDP ports that need to be accessible from the UAs.
