[Serusers] Dont allow calls using Exec module

Hi,
	Is there a way to block calls using exec module? I'm wondering if I 
can make SER to check if the dialcode prefix of a certain call exist 
in a database. If not the call will be dropped. Is this possible for 
exec module? Any hint?
