Hi,
         - First of all compile SER to support radius accounting on 
the acc module Makefile you need to uncomment the line that pertains 
to radius accounting.
         - You also need to have radiusclient-ng package, this is the 
one responsible in interacting with the radius.
         - You need FreeRadius installed and edit some lines in the 
sql.conf of FreeRadius to customize the queries and the fields you 
need to update for call accounting.

         You may also want to search the mailing list archive there 
are many topics about radius accounting. I'm also the one who ask 
them some of it....=)
