[Serusers] Database description

For 0.9.x I'm afraid there isn't anything beyond what you will find at 
iptel.org and old.iptel.org
For 0.10.x there is a database documentation that I'm working on and 
that will be posted to the What's new in 0.10.x book at iptel.org
No timeframe for that yet...
