[Serusers] Configuration sip service

Domain: iptel.org
Server/proxy: iptel.org and 0 (normally don't specify outbound proxy or 
port)
This will ensure that DNS is used.
If the client requires a specific server and port:
sip01.iptel.org:5060

(this is not guaranteed to work indefinitely, as sip01 might be taken 
out of service, DNS is better).
