[Serusers] Blocking the caller ID

Hi Jai,

Maybe you can use an usr_preference table.

For a username + domain you make an attribute "CID" with in value the
caller id.

When you parse invites requests, you can check via AVP. If uri same as
value, you don't establish the call.
