[Serusers] ser auth_db registration problem

Hi All,
i m trying to register softphone on ser using

modparam("auth_db", "db_url", "mysql://baaaa:dddd@xx.x.x.x/ser")
modparam("auth_db", "use_domain", 0)
modparam("auth_db", "calculate_ha1", 1)
modparam("auth_db", "user_column", "username")
modparam("auth_db", "password_column", "password")

        }

and  found the following log but phone is not register . please help me...
