there are some differences:  ag projects mediaproxy does not support
ipv6.  on the other hand, it has web interface that shows active
mediaproxy sessions, which i'm not sure if mediaproxy-ng has.  neither
supports recording of calls, which is supported by rtpproxy.  so you can
make your decision based on what you need.
