[SR-Users] db_mode 3 in usrloc module

I have tried backport the usrloc and permissions module from 3.1.6 but I
get the same error. :(

I have just tried to backport commit
d173cc2dab95dba6ededdaa352bf1e2bde1faa0f (srdb1: keep PID per DB
connection) and so far it seems to work in the test enviroment.
