[SR-Users] kamctl rtpproxy nh_show_rtpp not working

Ah, sorry, it was false alarm on my side. The test started failing due to
new requirement to have "run_target" directory writeable by the kamailio
process and that dir defaults into somewhere in /usr/local. We are not
bothering to do "install" target, all tests run as unprivileged user. I
don't think there is a way to override this directory in the runtime (bad
idea, IMHO, since kamailio is not suid or anything like that), so I've
resorted to adding a build-time hack to redirect that into /tmp/kamailio.

It would be nice to have an option to point that into some other directory.
