[SR-Users] Cannot send request to OpenSIPS

You may uncomment that part of config on mediaproxy.ini, then let kamailio
load mi_datagram module with parameters that match that same socket.

Eg:

mi_datagram socket in kamailio == [OpenSIPS] socket path in mediaproxy

mediaproxy socket in kamailio == [Dispatcher] socket path in mediaproxy
