[SR-Users] How to do msg_apply_changes with Kemi python version 5.0.x

Hello,

msg_apply_changes() is explicitly exported to kemi only in v5.1 (master
branch now), it was not done in time for 5.0 release.

For 5.0, you can use KSR.x.modf("msg_apply_changes").
