lookup aliases, there are 2 issues we can find in the 0.8.13-dev-29.

when adding aliases to the users by the serctl tool the expiring time runs

solution, by modificating the value of the FOREVER_REL, but we gess this
solution is not applicable to the 0.8.13 CVS versions (Are

message e.g., rwrite():Rewriting Request-URI with
