question

Hi,
How does SER knows that a particular User Agent is
still active? Isn't every entries in the location table has expiration, and it
counts down until the expires reaches zero, meaning the contact must be
removed from the location table. Does SER responsible in checking the user
agent is still active or the user agent must be the one to tell SER that he
still active so that it will not be removed from the contact in the location
database?

Thanks,
Ryan

Ryan Pagquil
Infodyne Inc.
