The user running apache does not have the correct permissions
(apache/nobody). Try running the script from command line as that user.<br>

filetype is Okay. But when I access by <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://.../test.php">http://.../test.php</a> I've got the
same error than serweb.
