I have an issue with fake ring back tone. When I dial any number <br>

no matter from carrier I got fake ring tone. As newbie I'm not sure,<br>

where to start from, to fix this issue. I suppose I have to change <br>

something in ser.conf but I'm not sure where and what. <br>
