As you cannot pass proxy settings to OpenXCAP (at least afaik) there might be
the problem. It cannot connect and get the file for validation (what is also

I had problems once there as well and mine were caused by the lack of internet connection. Maybe this is also the reason for you??
Seems all requirements for install are there as it shows it's starting. Check <A class=moz-txt-link-freetext href="http://www.openxcap.org/wiki/Running">http://www.openxcap.org/wiki/Running</A> if you find some useful hints maybe there.

I encounter a problem after starting the service. In fact, when I look
