the readme

but checking it reveals the content is obsoleted starting with
3.2.1. Here are the new values:<br>

- flag 0 (value 1) - inactive destination<br>
- flag 1 (value 2) - temporary trying destination (in the way to
become inactive if it does not reply to keepalives -- there is a
module parameter to set the threshold of failures)<br>
- flag 2 (value 4) - admin disabled destination<br>
- flag 3 (value 8) - probing destination (sending keep alives)<br>

I will update the readme very soon as well.<br>
