With latest stable version is easier just to use 'advertise' for
listen parameters:<br>

That's all, so there is no need for a complex config logic using

rtpproxy needs to bind to an IP that, as well, needs to be bound
to a network interface. In case you are dealing with a Kamailio
installation behind NAT, you have to instruct rtproxy to
