probably not many here were compiling mysql from sources -- you
should find such tutorial somewhere on the web.<br>
<br>
So, you should search and read about:<br>
- patching programs in linux and patch tool<br>
- download mysql sources (then apply the patch)<br>
- compile mysql from sources<br>
<br>
More that that I cannot help, maybe others around here.<br>
