RFC6080 (not some many I guess). In kamailio you need to use
presence_profile module:<br>

Some phones support refreshing the config from a server upon
receiving a SIP message (usually NOTIFY) and some can get updates of
their config via NOTIFY body (iirc, snom supports these things).<br>
