maybe kamailio is started by simply executing 'kamailio' -- then the
pid is not stored in pidfile and the service doens't see it running.
You can do:<br>
<br>
ps auxw | grep kamailio<br>
<br>
to see if there are kamailio processes running. You can stop them
with:<br>
<br>
killall kamailio<br>
<br>
