are you using any rtp relay application on server? If yes, which
one?<br>

kamailio itself is not handling rtp packets, so no delay can be
introduced by it.<br>
<br>
On the other hand, webrtc uses ice to negotiate rtp relaying, and
that can take several seconds.<br>
