Do create a new thread because if there is an issue it will make it
easy to spot by the people which can do something. If you reply
within an existing thread, that won't be noticed.<br>

Apparently the apache was not responding for a while, I restarted it
once I received a notification of the issue and all seemed to be
back normal. Thanks for heads up.<br>
