    can you share the parts of the config for:<br>
    <br>
    - parameters of nathelper and rtpproxy modules<br>
    - actions in routing blocks used to engage rtpproxy (the functions
    and the parameters from nathelper and rtpproxy)<br>
    <br>
    Apparently you have some wrong configuration options there.<br>

                confirmed that firewalll is inactive on our server and
                required ports are open.
                We have tried with and without tls (self signed
                certificates only). The SIP
                client we used to test the environment is JITSI.</span></p>
